I was banned for nothing

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why you were banned/suspended or you can check on the enforcement site
https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB

You can also file for a case review there if eligible.

I was banned for nothing

I'm complaining because I have been banned for no reason because people get mad and report me for doing well and I get banned I do believe this ban should be lifted I had to call customer service they told me to do this. This ban is for nothing this stops
me enjoying Xbox and having fun posting youtube videos

Investigations take time. Each report is investigated before an enforcement action is taken.

You are not given specifics partly to ensure the privacy and safety of the person making the report.

The Code of Conduct is in effect for parties just the same.

All communications have to follow the Code of Conduct and be rated "E" for everyone.

Your friends can report you, or something could have been found while another report was being investigated.

Just follow the Code of Conduct, it is that simple.

Sorry to hear it. The PET do not use these forums nor can we give any advice on enforcement actions. To get information on your suspension you'll need to log in to http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and click the hammer
icon. From there you can see why it happened as well as open a case review with the PET if eligible.

If you were banned for one day or 24 hours there is nothing you can do. However if the suspension was longer then a day you can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested
in doing this Here is how to do it.

You will need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com sign in and click the orange hammer in the top left of the site.This will take you to your enforcement history page. Find the current enforcement effecting your
account. Next to it on the right you should see a link that say submit a case review. Click on that and follow the prompts.
