I'm band on my xbox live account and my xbox is band. I don't know why I'm band. Ive been band for like a week now and I've had no emails on why ive been and that I has been ban.. Ive brought a game on the account witch I've not downloaded yet.. i need my
account back I need to be let on Xbox live on my xbox

hello I got band for no reason at all I was out all day with my because of someone in my family past away and when I got home I sighed in and text a friend online it said I'm band and I received no messages from the enforcement and I am also Xbox band for
know reason please lift my band I'm sorry for what I done to get band

Xbox One Account & Console Enforcement Actions

My console was band lastnight for what reason I dont know I'm sure you guys are making a mistake..I would Love to get some help please.

You need to post in the account suspension and console bans forum.

That is the only place you will be able to get answers about why you were banned.

I would not bother asking or going to that link I had a same problem a year after Gear of War 2 was released on that game for about a week then I got a 1 day ban I contacted MS about it all I got was its a automated service so they can't tell me I need to
check the T&C which did not help also MS has also banned players for no reason I live in the UK we have a Tv program called Watchdog and MS was on there about banning players for no reason.

They should tell us why we are getting banned that way we can't do it again after all who sits down and reads the T&C it is too long

You can try the enforcement team but doubt they will lift any suspension,1 of my kids went on his brothers xbox,sent a rude message to his xbox then reported him and got him banned,😂😂 enforcement team wouldnt lift his ban even thou i phoned and explained
