    Got ban for no reason... and I'm serious

    Hi !

    Yesterday, I played with my other account on my friend's Xbox. I forgot to disconnect it.

    This morning, I received an email saying that my account got ban for the entire life. A permanent ban !

    I need your help because I don't think I deserved it.

    I'm an Xbox Ambassador, I know the rules and I never would do something wrong on Xbox

    Sorry but enforcement team does not see this as a joke and if you did anything to violate the code of conduct then a ban will be issued. Be aware that if he also did anything to violate the code he will more in likely receive an enforcement actions too

    Sorry but enforcement team does not see this as a joke and if you did anything to violate the code of conduct then a ban will be issued. Be aware that if he also did anything to violate the code he will more in likely receive an enforcement actions too

    Then fix your behaviour

    You can check your enforcement status if you read the email or the system MSG you received

    From the sounds of it you received ankther suspension which can happen

    One violations can be from weeks ago and yes you only serve one at a time

    Comm bans are decided by XBLPET when you fail to observe the Code of Conduct.

    You should know that the enforcement team doesn't uses the forums.

    Unfortunately, this has happened to me as well. I joined a game and i didn't realize users couldn't have killed me. Then I assume i was reported then bam.
