    Xbox Enforcement will issue bans based on the actions of the account itself, not whoever was using it at the time. You are responsible for securing your account from unauthorized access.

    You will need to log on to http://enforcement.xbox.com, check your Enforcement history, and submit a case review (if eligible).

    The Xbox Enforcement team does not post here, so any issues related to suspensions cannot be handed on the forums.

    Using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct.

    Due to your brother being suspended it sounds like a console privilege suspension has been issued to stop your brother from doing this.

    This means all accounts on that console will have the same enforcement action as your brother.

    You can use your account on other devices,not just that console until your brothers suspension has ended.

    Basically it's your brothers fault you can't play online.

    No Records xbox enforcement

    it says im not banned and it says no record history but when i try logging into my xbox and xbox.ca it says that im banned on my xbox and on xbox.ca it takes me to the enforcement page
