Discus and support im after buying modern warfare and it wont play on my xbox in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Why is it when i pay for a game it dosnt work i payed for my game today installed everything still saying it missing a datapack yet i payed for it now...     Why is it when i pay for a game it dosnt work i payed for my game today installed everything still saying it missing a datapack yet i payed for it now its eader mircosoft problem or it activision eader why if not fixed i want a refund like WHY HAVE A GAME ON YOUR STORE IF IT WONT WORK AND I BET ANY MONEY YE FOOLS WONT FIX IT LIKE THE CLOUD

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    In your games list, focus on a game, press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game & add-ons, from there please click the game icon and click "Install All". It will install all the packs that we have missed in that way we can finally play the game.

    Also, if everything is installed kindly perform a powercycle on your console by following the steps below:

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​
