    Hi,

    So here is the situation.

    I am able to play the online multiplayer modes on all my favorite games (FIFA, Forza 6, COD) but i dont have any active XBOX LIVE subscribtion. even when i check the status in the options menu, there is no active live service.

    how is this possible?

    Nothing being done in 72+ hours communications still banned

    I'm still unable to talk to anyone on xbox live after my suspension had finished I'm paying for xbox live and not being able to use the features that I'm paying for NOT happy at all

    I'm paying good money for this xbox live service and i only have a limited amount of time to use it. What compensation do I get when I try to sign on and use the service i'm paying for and it doesn't work. Can we work something out Xbox live?

    If you're using a One, it's a sign that someone else has your console set as your Home console.

    I have to agree. I've been with xbox live since it launched and these disruptions are happening more frequently and taking longer to resolve. Paying $60 a year for a broken service is not my idea of a quality purchase. I'm becoming incredibly disappointed
    with xbox as of late. If if you want to justify it by telling me they are giving us free games, the service I've always been paying for is to connect to and play online with my friends. This is not what I'm getting as of late....

    I literally have the same issue you had did you really have to wait two weeks then all of a sudden it magically got fixed? Cause this is a service I pay for and I'm not waiting two weeks to not be able to use my Xbox live and still pay them for it...

    Unfortunately there is nothing they can do on their end. Great. I'm paying for this service and not getting any entertainment out of it. It's all fine and dandy when you're able to access your games still, but I'm looking to use Hulu and Netflix which I
    can't seem to access because of these codes.

    Please fix this now. It's very poor customer service to not give us a timeframe as to when to expect our services back up and running. We're paying for entertainment online, we should be receiving it without flaws.
