Discus and support I’m a new to this.. and don’t know how to Navigate in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; How do I get the alpha skip ahead system update?     How do I get the alpha skip ahead system update? I would love to give feed back I’m and older person and didn’t even know this existed. But any help would be appreciated Thank you in advance. Gold for the first person that can give me a step in the right direction Xbox for life!

    The Xbox audio keeps cracking and cutting out when wearing headphones

    I have no idea why the sound isn’t working. I’m not using an adapter. All I know is that it all started happening after I got a new router. I don’t know how the wifi would effect the sound though. I have also tried connecting my Xbox onto a different wifi
    and the problem still occurred. I’m really confused on what’s happening.
