I'm a bit confused.

Hello! Yesterday I tried to log into my account when I received a message of suspension stating I was suspended for two weeks with no further details besides checking my e-mail for details. I was very perplexed to see this. I did a bit of research and after
much searching (no e-mail was sent to me about it), I found out that it was for cheating. I looked into it a bit more and it stated that someone had been on my account for the last few days. If this could please be looked into, it would be greatly appreciated.
I would like to file an unauthorized access report if possible. Thank you! I am willing to help with any questions necessary.

If you get a kill on an enemy that you did not down yourself it won't count towards the achievement. All the kills MUST be on ranked matches and kills on Annex DO NOT COUNT towards the "10,000"

Kills count in warzone, execution and guardian only and there must be six players in the match when it ends or kills wont count.

In my honest opinion there is no grey area here. If you cheat one achievement or one hundred achievements the punish is and should be the same regardless of the situation. MS has made thier stance on Gamer Score Cheating very
clear and should not 'make exceptions'. And the great thing about achievements is they are totally optional. No one
has to get all of the achievements. Especially if you know the achievement is unattainable without cheating to get it, why would you want that to stain your legitimate achievement earnings? Well, that's my opinion on it.

Epic do not even have a sub-forum for Gears of War 1 on their forums and as MS are the ones responsible for resetting people's Gamerscores, I felt it best to try here first. Epic's "disinterest" in Gears 1 has been apparent for many years and thus far, all
attempts to raise the issue by fans has been met all manner of negative responses or just no response at all. I'm not saying they were rude, just more or less "this isn't something we (ever) intend to do", which, again, is why I came here first.

In the meantime, I have PMed Miss Portia as suggested in her post about Xbox Forum Support Agent Hours. I'll check back tomorrow to see if they have responded.

You need to contact support for your region & ask to open an unauthorised access case
support.xbox.com/.../contact-us no one on the forums can do this.
