Illegible code printing.

Hey, so as a Christmas gift I got just cause 3 and it came with a downloadable code for just cause 2. However the card is so poorly printed, it is impossible to determine what the code actually is, is there any way I can get an actual code or is it just
game over for that.

Download Code for halo 5 limited collectors edition iOS illegible, now what?

so I scratched off the silver crap on the card that was in my $200 collectors edition and the code is illegible. About 3 of the characters look like the printer ran out of ink while printing. The stupid 14 day trial code for Xbox live is PERFECTLY visible,
but not the code for my game. 343 has ZERO customer support. I was on the phone with 2 different Xbox reps who basically said this was my only option or I have to return it to gamestop which is probably what I gonna do tomorrow.

Generally with physical copies of games you would have to try exchanging it with the retailer the games purchased from in order to get a new code. Since it's been so long that may no longer be possible. You can try contacting support to see if there is anything
they can do - 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

As long as its a genuine copy (ive had an illegal copy sold to me in a store once, granted it was second hand) then ill echo what others have said and itll be a cool printing issue.

Please advise exactly what is printed on the card the code was printed on.

Look on the card itself and see if it says that the code would be printed on the receipt sometimes the cards do not have the codes on them but the retailer prints the code on the receipts. If you still have your receipt I would look on there also.
