Illegal profiting

Today on December 15, 2014 I talked to a Microsoft acosiate about may account with over 100$ of dlc and xbox store games, the acount has been permanently banned but had dlc and games on it. I got a new Xbox 360 with a new hard drive so I don't have the games
saved to my xbox anymore. The acosiate committed to a federal crime and then refused to help instead he/she kept repeating the same answers about reviewing the digital rights management in the digital rights management it said nothing about them being able
to commit a federal crime so all I ask is for you to give me the games/dlc I have rightfully bought.

It would be an even Better profit for them if they were to actually drop down $100 dollars. we understand thought, it's about. Profiting.

Once an account has been permanently banned, you will be unable to access any purchases made by that account. This is addressed in the
Terms of Use, under section 3. To ensure you are aware of what is said, here is the exact text I am referring to:

3.4. What happens if my Services are canceled or terminated? If your Services are canceled or terminated (whether by you or us), your right to use the Services stops. If your Services are canceled or terminated, we may permanently
delete information associated with your account, including your content, from our servers and we are under no obligation to return any content to you.

The rights to those purchases were tied to the account that was suspended, and other accounts will not be able to access them if they are not on the same hard drive as the suspended account.

Again, I am sincerely sorry to see that you are unable to access your purchases. If you need assistance with any other support issue, please do not hesitate to post up a new thread detailing what you're running into and troubleshooting you've completed. This

Yes is possible that some users try to profit with illegally obtained products and yes you can be banned by using this products, once it's discovered that was obtained trough illegal methods

oh ya and isn't it illegal to monopolize a market completely by cornering out all the competitors? in which microsoft is trying to force small businesses out of business, places like disc replay for instance makes their profits off of used games, but if
people were forced to pay a fee making it nearly full retail price most the time, if things went like this then places like disc replay would lose business, this is EXACTLY the thing that makes a monopoly illegal, if it were to happen naturally then it is
fine, but microsoft is seriously ATTEMPTING to make it so, this is criminal and it needs to be stopped.

You are right 24. It is considered marketplace theft and could result in both gamertags and/or consoles getting banned from live.
