Illegal disc ;(

If it's the only disc that has that issue, then make sure it's cleaned off pretty well (no scratches, etc.). Otherwise there's not really anything that can be done. Normally you would need to try taking it back to the retailer.

If you have a local specialist games retailer close to you it might be an idea to drop by and see if they have a disc repair machine or the ability to access one and see if they can run it through that for a cycle and see how that works.
