    Unfortunately nobody could help him, and very unfortunately the moderator closed the option to reply. Which seems silly to me that a case is closed that could not be solved.

    It is also correct to state how disgusting the xbox technical support is since they do not serve customers in the event of failures.     I share the solution:

    As the guy said, nothing that the microsoft (xbox) website says or the comments worked, but no one mentioned that it should target the ADMINISTRATION of the game, right there you could see the data of the game, the downloads, and. .. the progress saved with the name of the GAMERTAG. To just erase that and choose the "erase from all sides" option.

    It was not necessary to uninstall the game and reinstall it, nor was it necessary to do the soft reset or the hard reset of the console.

    Okay, problem solved, update ran and X1 is working without problems. Must have been a XBL problem. ACIV looks amazing, can't wait till Unity is available. NFS Rivals also entertaining.

    Damn that's kinda slow... I was playing NFS Rivals on Ps4 while 3 other games along with NFS was downloading. Really wondering how Killer Instinct plays on xbox1. The game looks pretty damn good.
