    I just had gotten banned while playing rainbow six siege and it just ended but I still can't talk

    I am unbanned, but can't talk, why?

    I was banned for 2weeks. The ban was lifted July 29th. It's been 2 days, I can play online, but i can not join a party. I tried resetting my xbox, and I tried removing my account, and adding it back. When I tried to contact support, I was given a bot, and
    the bot is not helpful. I hope someone can give me a solution to my problem.

    Xbox Live Enforcement site. Do note that any communications sent to you from the Enforcement team is sent to
    your Microsoft Account email address and not your contact email so be sure to check both if they are different. We do not have any further information on their behalf nor are we able to assist or speculate further.

    My account got unbanned and I still can't talk to players

    Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, then re-add the account and see if that clears up the issue.
