    II redeemed a code through my Microsoft account and I can't by any means find it anywhere...


    I redeemed a code through my Microsoft account and I can't by any means find it anywhere on my Xbox. I tried the games & apps sections, the install section. I also tried the store, but it simply shows as if the game needs to be purchased still. I have no install option and I don't know what to do. And yes, I checked everything, it clearly states the code has been redeemed by me. So what do I do? II redeemed a code through my Microsoft account and I can't by any means find it anywhere... :(

    Hello There ! According to the explanation you have provided, I believe your console will need reset in order to refresh the system. Therefore, you will only need to follow those simple troubleshooting steps that I will provide you with and your issue should be fixed.

    Troubleshooting steps:

    Clear Mac address: Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart.

    Clear local saved games : Settings > System > Storage > Clear local saved games.

    Reset your console: Select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.


    Note     =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.
