    iHeart Radio App Help


    iHeart Radio has been working great. but since this morning, it stopped working, and I don't see any error reports of it. I also checked the site, and it's good. Why has the app stop working for the XBox ONE?

    iHeart Radio App Help

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
    the console.

    If that doesn't help try uninstalling/reinstalling the app.

    Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear about the app failing to launch.

    I recommend to try
    power cycling the console
    first. If the problem persists, try
    uninstallingand
    re-installing
    the app.

    Try this out and let us know the results.
