    tomorrow i´ve purchased a game, but i did not get it. I´ve already read a forum and it cant be redownloaded and also it isnt in download history.

    i purchased a game an i didnt get it

    I had purchased dungeon defenders as it was about to download it canceled itself , now its wanting me to buy it again how do i get the game or a refund

    You'll want to contact support. There was an outage about this time yesterday so you may have purchased it during that time and something messed up on the servers. You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.
