Games being added onto the Xbox Play Anywhere program are purely up to the developers of the title. It is likely that more titles will be added in the future, however, we have no information if this will be new games or currently existing titles as, again,
this is a decision made by the developers of the game.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue about games launching on your Windows 10 PC. I recommend that you try the troubleshooting solutions available in our support article entitled
Game freezes or stops responding on a Windows 10 deviceto get the games
back up and running normally. You may also wish to
check to see if your Windows OS requires an update as well, just in case.

Give the troubleshooting a try and let us know the results.

Thanks for coming to the forums. Forza Horizon 4 is a Xbox play anywhere title. If you look at the website for

Forza 4 for the game at the top next to Xbox live shows play anywhere. As Parity mentioned, they need to say that to be able to play on both.
