    Have posted request for support 3 times on the problem with power bingo rewards but the last ones of these are not even recorded on the Support forum page and all of them have had no reply - but then this is microsoft - enough said!!!!

    Terms of Use redirect loop, unable to accept, and I refuse to lose this account.

    I don't think you've even read the thread, sir.

    As I stated in my OP, I've tried all those suggestions. I also made a humble request slightly further down that has been wholly ignored. This issue is still very much ongoing and I am still seeking support, but from now on I'd like to request that the official
    support I receive is actually informed on the subject matter.

    It was a DLC error not a game play problem we was fixing the problem then she just ignored me. I am not so worried about the fact of the DLC just the treatment and it would not let me post the pictures I will try again

    Try to be persistent, but professional and explain your concern. This is unfortunate youre having this experience, Support has ALWAYS been there to help. Except when I wanted to log back into an old Zune account....

    Hi Samantha,

    Did you check your junk email folder? Right now if you request a refund the system would automatically reject it because it is past the 14 day period. I recommend requesting a call back from Xbox Support to see if they can help
