Ign app?

Hi all. Does anyone know if the ign app has been shut down? For months now the app just says unavailable retry.

I haven't heard or seen anything about it shutting down.

Want to try & narrow this down a bit. Which console are you currently experiencing this issue with? Xbox 360 or Xbox One?

Hi. I'm currently on xbox one x. But it was doing it on my old xbox one as well.

It hasn't worked for quite some time.

I cant remember if I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it.

All my regular apps I use seem to be working fine.

Most things are on xbox external hard drive.

Also, have you had a chance to reach out to the app
publisher to explore some possible options?

 

no specific error code.

When you load it up the app opens then a pop up window opens saying unavailable retry.

I'll try to take a picture today to add.

I haven't tried reaching the publisher.

I've let the publisher know. But I think you should still look into it
