IGN App not loading after update

Hi guys,

I was just wondering if you were aware of any issues with the IGN App for XB1? The app worked fine up until about 3-4 days ago and then I was prompted to update the app. Since then, each time I try to launch the app I get an error 'Requested content is unavailable
- Retry' It then tries to sync data for IGN, gets to about 50% and then crashes and I'm back at the dashboard.

I have tried re-installing the app and have also cleared my cache and reset my XB1 and router. All of my other apps are fine. I've searched all over but can't seem to find any information relating to my problem.

Are you able to look into this for me?

You can always just delete the app after you got your free month...

can't get any puzzles to download.

Does the screen stay black after loading the advertisement? Or does it fail to load the advertisement altogether? If that's so I'd take a look at your network settings, see if there are any ad-blockers that might prevent the connection from loading the
ads, and thus not triggering loading the puzzle.

Are you able to successfully log into the Xbox App on that system?

I'd also recommend you check your system if there are any updates and the Microsoft Store app to see if there are app updates.

As you've tried reinstalling the app, clearing cache and resetting your console, there isn't much more we can recommend on the forums.

I also have the same issue, only I have never installed the app previously, so this was the first time it had been on my xbox. I have tried all the things you did but same problem. Have you solved this problem yet?

Sorry to see you're also facing the issue.

Just to check, have you tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it?

Also, is your console updated to the latest version? You can check this by going to Settings >> Console.
