I Forgot the Email Address Used for my Account

Hello, I forgot my email and password to my microsoft.net account. The only thing I remember is my Minecraft username.

Just a friendly reminder though that there is no option for us here to locate a Microsoft account using a username but you can definitely check this link to check methods in finding your Microsoft email address.

My son has a gol live account on my home email address. Can I use the same email address to set up a new gold live account or .will I have to use a different email address

Maybe I am not following this but could you not just get him and email address and change the email address on the account to his email address. That would free up your email address to use the way you need. support.xbox.com/.../change-email-sign-in-for-microsoft-account

You can change and update the email address. If an email has been used on an account you cannot transfer to it.
