    Hi. My name is Brilliant and I am happy to assist you today.

    If you're getting an error, "Account does not exist" when you try to sign in, then the account is effectively closed.

    Unfortunately, once an account is closed, there is no way to recover said account. Microsoft also does not recycle email addresses once they are closed, so one cannot use the same account to sign up for a new one.

    It states that:

    The error code you're facing means that the account does not exist.

    Please contact Xbox Phone Support about this issue. They will be able to look into your account and get everything sorted for you.
