Unban me please i have break coming up for collage, and i want to play

Why was I banned for 12-31-9999 I never did anything please unban me.

I never did anything I all ways been a legit player and all ways been good to people and I never impersonated no Microsoft worker I was only playing Mine Craft and this popped up Account signed in from somewhere else and it said banned for 12 31 9999 years
so please I never did anything unban me. When I looked at the email it said impersonated a Microsoft worker I never did that unban me please!

why did I get comm banned

I got comm banned for no reason absolute jokes man xbox, microsoft please unban me if you guys can give me a banned you wont hear me but atleast give me a reason.
