    if your having problems downloading all car pass forza horizon 3 that means either you have a lot games trying to reinstall. it takes longer then it should you can also try updating your xbox one console. and whatever speed you have it on could
    be the problem. you can try and rebooting the console and putting it on a slower download speed slower speed to install. and keep all your game apps if you restore your console

    Sorry to here you are experiencing problems with the Netflix app.

    Now have you tried removing the Netflix app and re-downloading it.

    Let me know if this was already done.

    Are you sure? Windows 11 on ARM can run x86 apps. The problem only happens with paid content being installed via the Xbox app, and normally paid games that are included with a subscription. The error occurs at the start of the download, as if it fails when it's trying to verify if it's been purchased or not.

    There's the Microsoft Store app, there, you could download apps and some games, and the Xbox app, that you use for the Game Pass subscription games, or even those you purchased.
