Why exactly were you letting your friend do a license transfer for black ops 2 ?

I talked to 2 people on Xbox support before, they both said that there is nothing that violates the terms of service of end user agreement about license transferring, in fact, the latter representative I talked to said that he had just license transferred
his friend Black Ops 3, and his friend transferred the Black Ops 3 Season Pass, and he does it all the time. Thank you though, good suggestion!

Well then why aren't I allowed to play Black Ops 2 on a different account from the one it was purchased on?

I'm frustrated. This isn't a mess up in my console but Microsoft's License System. Can't you guys just give me another License Transfer so I don't have to wait 4 more months or waste money on a game I ALREADY own?

The license transfer will only transfer the licenses to the console you are using at the time. The console licenses can only be on one console at a time and you can only transfer the licenses every 4 months.

try to do a license transfer

1. On your console, sign in to Xbox LIVE using the gamertag that you used to purchase the content.

2. Go to the Settings, and then select Account.

3. Go to Your Billing Options, and then select License Transfer.

4. Follow the on-screen instructions to transfer the content licenses.
