If you get suspended or banned here is what you can do its your choice

I recently got suspended from voice communication and from multiplayer games because of " Harassment Abuse and Threats " and i have a past of TALKING SMACK so if you are not banned forever this is what i recommend you do if any one that you play
with says something that makes you angry report them if you have teammates that suck at the game and they make your team lose report them cause it seems to me when someone talks smack to me and i return fire im the one who gets in trouble and its bull poop
see i dont bother me when people talk smack to me i have been called many of names been told that they have slept with my mother and i dont report them why cause its just trash talk they dont know who i am or where i live they just say hurtful things to see
if i will buckle but guess what never again will i retaliate from now on if i dont like the sound of your voice im reporting you if im jealous of your player card im reporting you if you are better at a game then me im reporting you anything anyone does and
i dont agree with it believe me i am reporting you cause i have spent thousands of dollars in the xbox store and for xbox accessories and i dont do anything that is not done to me i never had this problem when i was gaming with playstation and they dont even
charge you to play online so xbox get ready to have your work cut out for you

Ban, Suspension, Unable to communicate with friends

Hello everyone,

For those who are asking where to go if their account is banned or suspended, never ever contact support as per they cannot do anything about it. Go to
Enforcement.xbox.com in there you can file a case review if you think you shouldn't be banned or suspended.

PS. if your account is banned, once you sign-in to your console a message will pop-up and tell you that you're banned or what and to "Not Contact Support"

They will only tell you why you were banned/suspended so if you already know the reason it's not worth posting.

There is no appealing a ban or suspension so if your suspended then you will just have to wait until it's over.

If you are banned then that's it,there's nothing you can do to get that account back.

 

Reporting people just for the sake of it will only get you suspended again for abusing the reporting system.

Just because you have no problem with people being abusive to you doesn't mean everyone else is ok with it.

If you retaliate in a way that violates the ToU/CoC & are reported you will be suspended,to many suspensions will result in a permanent ban.

PSN does charge you to play online & the rules are exactly the same.
