Instead of checking status page from time to time, you can click on the Notify Me button just below the issue, and select to be notified either via SMS or Xbox Live message, or both.

I mentioned the Developers Code of Conduct Pages ago DigiLuigi & IceStorm III, if you are doing something wrong on game servers, you can & will get banned from Xbox Live, by the XBLPET, if the game server sends a report etc.. (ie. Notifies XBLPET of your
wrong doing)

How hard would it be for one person at MS to just scan through trending from time to time and remove the filth. I’d do that for for free.

You can do it for free, it's up to you to report them on that trending page. It will in turn notify the Xbox Enforcement Team
