You can play games you own on disc on any Xbox One console. Just insert the disc, install the game, and play. If your disc is not working then refer here: Troubleshoot Xbox One Disc Errors.

You can also play games you purchased digitally through the Xbox Store on any Xbox One console. On any Xbox One console, sign in using your Microsoft account, and then connect to Xbox Live. Uninstalled games will show to the right
under "Ready to Install," and you'll be prompted to install the game before playing. If you have problems downloading a game or app refer here: Troubleshoot Game or App Installation Problems | Xbox One.

Even though you can leave a game installed on another person’s console, they will not be able to play it unless they also own the game. Instead, they’ll be prompted to insert the disc or purchase a digital copy.

Regional restrictions may apply in some cases, as not all games are available in every country.

In order to play some games a xbox live gold subscription may be required.

Problem to download Shadow Complex

Are you trying to play this game on the original console it was purchased to? If you are trying to play it on another console, are you currently logged into LIVE with the purchasing account?

Unreadable MW3 dic

An update would not cause your disc to become unreadable. If you are getting a disc read error, try your game out in another Xbox. If it still has a disc read error, then it is the disc itself. If it works fine in another Xbox, then it is your console.
Disc read errors are a physical issues, not a software issue. I work for Activision CS and deal with issues like this on a daily basis. Let me know if you need to get your disc replaced and I can explain exactly what you should do.

If you are getting a disc read error message, try your game out on another Xbox 360. This will tell you if it is an issue with the disc itself, or the console. Disc read errors are a physical issue, clearing cache would not help with that.

Hey there Nmiller. Ah man, sorry to hear about this! OK, so the game discs will play in other consoles but not yours? The best help will be this: Xbox 360 Can’t
Read Disc | Xbox Can’t Read Disc . If that still doesn't work and you have a Hard Drive, you can try putting the drive into another console and installing the game that way to see if it will play. Other than those steps though, a repair will be your best
bet.

Hi,

Verify that your consoles drive is functioning. Try playing a DVD movie disc, not a Blu-ray disc.

If your console will not play DVD then the drive has hardware fault.

There are two lasers in the blu-ray drive. One for reading DVD and Xbox 360 games and another for Xbox One and Blu-ray discs.
