Trendy Entertainment is suing Wildcard (developer of ARK) claiming game designer Jeremy Stieglitz worked on the game while he was still with them, and apparently had a non-competition clause in his contract.

Essentially this could see the game pulled from sale, and potentially even shutdown completely

I've always said "Fallout 4" is a good game and as a popular current title that many people are playing the crafting element in "Fallout 4" which many people will have experienced is a useful frame of reference when discussing the crafting element in "Ark:
Survival Evolved".

As for my supposed sly attempt to bismirch the good name and integrity of "Steam"... Are you sure that thread about "Ark: Survival Evolved" wasn't about... you know... maybe... "Ark: Survival Evolved"?

Those are weird conclusions to jump to which I suppose explains your irrational replies.

yeah but the thing is is that she didn't have as access and the main game we are trying to gameshare is ark survival evolved

Good point but it's a game worth playing even if it survives only for a few more months. After all people tend to leave games behind quite quickly these days.

Plus there is a good chance that it would survive (hehe) on PC thanks to private servers.

 

I actually bought it in a steam sale over Xmas, not played it yet though. From what I hear, it's a fun additive game.

 

Me and some of my friends have played the game. The game is definitely unfinished, dinosaurs lagging and walking through big rocks, frame rate is a bit awful sometimes. But the game does look pretty. But still why would I buy a game if they are in trouble
with the law and when it's still unfinished? Being playing the trial version of it. The Xbox 1 Dashboard said I had 60 minutes to play it a few days it said I only had 15 minutes.

 

You had it running for 45 minutes whether you realize it or not it keeps counting if game is running in background
