If you CoD: Ghosts is freezing on the "Ghost Face" screen try these two things. First try a hard reset by having your console off and unplugging the power for 30+ seconds. If this doesn't work try this next step (this is what worked for me). Start you console
without logging in with your avatar(Xbox live account). Start the game. Once it has started it should load and get past the "Ghost Face" screen. It will prompt you to log in, and it should work when you do. Best of luck..

Xbox one X

My Xbox One X is getting so hot that I am having problems, black ops 3 keeps crashing after every game I play, during game play, the textures are having problems, I play other games, such as Roblox it freezes allot, stutters, I play battlefield 1 the game
textures don't load in sometimes, battlefront 2 having fps problems, texture loading problems, I'm having problems with every game.... Is it having to do with problems with cooling on the console? Like I looked up on YouTube to see if anyone was having the
same problems, apparently so..... So do I need to turn the console into you guys to redo the inside? Because I didn't pay for it be broken before I bought it

Insider Program Bricks Whole Console

Any problems you are having with the insider program should be directed to the the insider support group so they are aware of what is going on and those issues can be addressed.

It's not the xbox...I had the same problem...and you'll think, "It doesn't need it", but, clean the blu ray player with a cd rom cleaner!!! Worked like a charm for me, haven't had an issue since...Believe it or not, the blu ray player has a dirty head and
needs cleaning...even though you haven't used it much, they get dirty and some come from Ms like that...trust me, it works....

The problem where it says I need to purchase the game in inside the game, it loads up and everything but it says inside the game at the loading screen I need to purchase the game. all the above methods did not work.

If you are still experiencing this issue, please file a bug via Report a Problem. When you title your bug, please title it in the following format [XBF]. Discord on the console is stuck on Infinite loading Icon. Once you have submitted your bug, please reply to this thread so we can look at what could be causing this issue.
