    Idea that is could be possible hit four buttons exact same time like RB share three lines LB on controller. Prompt show up on the screen then saying that doing this will factory reset your console may lose data doing this setting. Emergency if freezers on a screen. But comes on but not moving. Other send it to Xbox repair and please call this number (xxx)xxx-xxxx

    The operating system may be corrupted and is causing the console to shut down while being operated. If it's forcing you to do a factory reset then you are more than likely going to have to try that to resolve the issue. A

    soft factory reset     is generally a good way to troubleshoot issues with the Xbox and I recommend doing one so correct this issue.

    Go ahead and do the soft factory reset and let us know if that helps.
