    If Xbox claims to try and make a service that’s E for everyone then why not live by that...


    I got 3 separate bans within a day for trash talking on nhl, a competitive sports game, a sport I grew up playing, playing hockey you not understand the violence that comes with the sport but the competitive nature of the players who often get into competitive trash talk (not just hockey this is a part of all sports). This made me think if Xbox and Microsoft have all these guidelines, beliefs, and values, why punish people for being competitive in a multiplayer game and then go on promoting M rated games such as call of duty and gta that have violence as well as derogatory language and images that go against their values and guidelines, it doesn’t seem fair to almost sim the platform at kids making it “kid friendly” while almost every game they advertise on TV are mature rated games.

    Remember that Xbox Live is considered a Rate E for Everyone service and all communications need be at that level.

    Remember you agreed to the Code of conduct and terms of use when you signed up for the service. Xbox live is a rate E for everyone service and all communications and actions need to be at that level.

    I am very sorry to inform you but sadly no support team can assist with bans or suspensions.

    It all depends on the suspension that was issued so because it's a community standards suspension, this can happen if you are using abusive behavior toward other players, uploading restricted images, etc.

    Sadly once an appeal is issued, if it's denied, nothing more can be done as Microsoft verified and had a second look.

    At no time will suspensions be issued without reason.

    I do apologize but the decision is final :(

    Quick Note: As a player who absolutely CRUSHES players on "Chell" :) I absolutely understand the trash talk. However, when playing this game, I found we will have freedom but to an extent. I have been on the opposite end of some trash talk that was quickly abusive and very racial so with this being said, Xbox, Steam, AND PS all carry community standards. It all depends on the player/s you are up against and the level we take that trash talk to.
