If xbox bans one profile. Why do all other accounts on the console get banned?

So I was recently banned on a different account. i have 2 accounts on my xbox 360 console my other account and this account. is it possible if i get an xbox one and login through this account and not get banned or will i get banned on the xbox one if i login
with this account since it was on the xbox banned console i have when it got banned

The fact you can post here on the forums with the account is proof you are not account banned, which means there will be no problems downloading your profile onto a new console. I would however strongly encourage you not to mod the new console or you will
end up facing another console ban. Usually however, console bans and account bans are separate from each other, although continuing to get banned for one may invoke a ban on the other.

Thanks for the update on the issue. We recommend to request a call from support or a chat. You may have a console ban. These sometimes don't show on the
enforcement site. If you have a console ban then all profiles will not be able to chat. Try another profile and see if they are able to. If you do not have a console ban, and the bans
are clear, then support can see about getting your profile looked into.

In the meantime, Try to
uninstall and reinstall the profile. It may be corrupt on the console and this will get rid of the corruption.

one question before i leave you alone. why isnt my xbox console banned? why isnt other accounts ive played on not banned? if cheating is so bad (which it 100 percent is) why am able to keep playing?

No one here could answer that since we don't work for the enforcement team. However, console bans are typically only issued for super egregious issues (ie, account bans across multiple accounts on the same console, tampering with the console itself, etc. ). So depending on what they found for that ban, it may not have been egregious enough to warrant a console ban.

Other accounts wouldn't be affected unless they were also violating the rules.

So as of now I think everyone knows that if you get banned from Gears of War 3, you most likely get console banned from Gears of War 3 as well. Here's a method on how to be able to use your other accounts on Gears of War 3 on the same Xbox again.

Steps:

1. Go to System Settings
2. Click Initial Setup
3. Play Gears of War 3 on your other profiles

You will have to set your console settings again if you do this. If your console gets banned from their servers again, do the steps again.

Your profile is flagged and every console you sign into that account with while connected to the internet will be banned from playing Gears of War 3 online. This simply allows other profiles on that console that weren't banned to be able to play online again.
They don't console ban you from the server, it's just the profile you modded. I've been banned multiple times from the servers all on the same Xbox. You wont be banned again unless you mod again.
