    Yes, she would need her own Gold Membership in order to be eligible for participation in online gameplay. You can however, play multiplayer against each other via private match. Access to party games and any general game mode can be accessed through these
    means too.

    Right now it seems as though the majority of the modded games are in the CoD series. You've pretty much listed the majority of them that are out there although there are more.

    The best bet for you is that if you get into an online lobby that looks strange immediately back out and restart your console so you don't carry any of them off to another lobby with you. If you do that, you run the risk of getting your account banned as
    well as the PET members have now started a no tolerance policy on the CoD mods.

    I'm not a moderator, you can tell who they are as they will have an M as their level. They are volunteers who look over the forum.

    Microsoft employees can be identified by either an S for a support agent or an
    X for a member of the PET.

    And yes, powering off the console as soon as you notice the lobby is modded is the ONLY way to stop alterations being saved.
