If Titanfall is not in 1080P then Xbox One is done

You know, all this bickering is not solving any problems.

For all the people bashing the X1/PS4 supporters. If all the X1 supporters were suddenly to agree with everything you are saying... What then?

For all the X1 supporters arguing the point... I ask the same. If the people you are bickering with suddenly dropped their argument and agreed with everything you're saying... What then?

We need 1080p 60fps games!

I'd rather play a game at 900p, with all the bells and whistles, upscaled to 1080p at 60fps by the Xbox One than at 1080p with graphics toned down and at 30fps. The difference between Xbox One upscaled 1080p and native 1080p is so minor it's not worth complaining
about. Certainly won't see me complaining about the graphics in Titanfall, Ryse, or Killer Instinct anyway. A stable frame rate, to me, is far more important whether it's 30fps, 60fps, or something inbetween.

 

Why are we crying over something we have no control over. if you want the best buy a PC and play titanfall. there are three console coming out with titanfall Xbox One, 360, and PC. I love my Xbox One and like were titanfall is going. Play the beta had no
trouble. If your going to cry over the game isnt running that 1080p. then jump ship and go to sony or nintendo becuse they will love to have. but you find some wrong with there system to.

 

when the steam box comes both PS4 and x1 will have the inferior console resolutions . Glad I don't care but it's something to think about

Wait you bought a next gen system because you wanted 1080p? So when you load a game up you're not worried about playing it just about how it's only 900p? Sad....

 

@ICN3D Now you are putting words in my mouth because you get butt hurt really fast. I never said Killzone sucked. Just that PS4 players are playing multiplats and PC ports more.

Either way the question isn't about whether or not the PS4 exclusives suck even though that's were you want to go with the argument because that's all you know how to argue. The question is "Why drop $400 on PS4 when you have a gaming PC that plays 90% of
the games on PS4 and possibly better than PS4? It just seems entirely illogical to me.

@Xenomorph I come on here when I have to wait my turn in Killer Instinct. Regardless I'd really like to know the answer to that question because it has baffled me for some time now. I could see if you don't have a gaming PC but I believe @ICN3D does. You
get more exposure to a wider variety of games with a gaming PC and X1.

Thanks for the reply. I agree, having different systems is the ideal for any gamer. There should be no bias, as all gaming is good. If it wasn't no-one would be doing it.

For me, I'm limited in my gaming time, and how much I spend. I chose the system that suited my tastes better, and have nothing negative to say about other peoples platform/system of choice. If I had the time and money, I'd have all the options.

 

But I'm sure when that happens they will share the same hate to the PS4

Sounds to me you'd be better off forgetting about any console on the market. From what I've been reading, especially over the last couple of weeks, developers have been saying there will be a few games released in 2014/15 on both systems that won't hit this
so called mythical 1080p/60fps.

Personally I just don't understand this demand for the best resolutions, of course we are all different but I had another brilliant night last night on Plants Vs Zombies and I'm sure it isn't 1080p and would it make it anymore fun if it was?

Obviously we are all different but as I said, sounds to me you should maybe forget about todays consoles and maybe go for a decent gaming PC.

As for Xeno...dude...I wouldn't post here nearly as much, even though I don't post much already, if there weren't ppl like Messiah and Burst and others. I literally made a post positive about both PS4 and X1 and Messiah made a petty post about how PS4 sucks

Funny thing is...Burst likes to think I'm "***" b/c I'm all up on the PS4's butthole....it's not that...I'm insulted by him thinking he's fooling anyone, including me.

Well Killzone's MP is 960x1080 at ~50fps, so it's not like that's even close to a graphical showcase... whereas 900p (1720x900) at a solid 60fps is hella better than the "powerful" PS4...

I have categorically stated that I have nothing against the PS4 or people who choose to buy one. Same goes for ANY other platform.

If I'm a fanboy for choosing the Xbox One due to personal preference, in conjunction with only having so much time to dedicate towards gaming, coupled with having a budget for gaming, that brought me to my decision based solely around my preference for Xbox
exclusives... Then I thinks that's very one eyed.

I'm not a part, nor will I ever be regarding the "mines bettah yo" and "you're a blind idiot fanboy bro" pathetic nonsense that's rife on both the Xbox an PS forums... As it's pointless, and counterproductive.

It's been said countless times... Competition is good for the consumer. I DEFINITELY DO NOT want to see that disappear. Anyone who does is a naive, blind fool.

 

@ Duck - 16:9 ratio @ 900p is 1600x900 I thought.

And 1080p is suppose to be 1920x1080....and it runs @ 30fps in single player and 60fps in multiplayer, so I'm not sure where you're getting your info.
