If Titanfall flops...

I believe you are right but I still am marking your words. Xbox One Titanfall selling more than Infamous SS. Are we talking worldwide or just U.S.? Could be a little different worldwide. I see Infamous doing really well in Europe as they have a bigger
install base there right now and it may do well in Japan but I have no idea.

Titanfall should be the game MS needs though to get people talking. Sure, it comes on 360 and PC as well but many prefer consoles and the 360 launch is later. Should get some good PR out of this.

 

I tend to agree with Bizzaro...... mech assault was great.... TF will be fine. Im pretty sure MS wasn't putting all there eggs in the TF basket....

To me TF looks like COD, with a giant suit available.... I fear within the first couple days (weeks maybe) all the COD kiddies will have hacked the smack out of TF. I hope not..... but that's my gut feeling...

 

I think Titanfall will do pretty well, but there's more to look forward to than just that one game. Personally for me I can't wait for Quantum Break.

the xbox one has been out since nov 22nd titanfall is the biggest game in 6 years or so the last game to have so much hype was COD4 and MW2 look at how they did ppl may not like COD but it is one of the biggest games ever. if TF flops then it flops ill still
play it i had more fun on TF then i do any other game i have owned in the past 4 years

 

Why are people bent on trying to put doubt on this, 2 million people played the beta and the vast majority rave about how good it is.

Even if Titanfall doesn't sell as many X1 consoles as they hope, it will still be a massive success for MS on PC and 360.

 

oh man i doubt it "flops" i was one of the biggest critics out there and with the extra money i got back from my polk audio 4 shot return/xo four pickup i had enough to pay for Titanfall...i just had to when I found out its going to actually have monsters
and obviously some kind of co-op survival mode..its like pacific rim video game...this should be very nice indeed...still wish it had a single player campaign..but big monsters being crushed by big titans seems like alot of fun...thought it was titan vs titans
only...i paid off my preorder and will be there day one.

 

You should have asked about Monsters. Art-book owners confirmed them ages ago, and I even started a thread where we described what they looked like.

 

I can't wait to see all the doomsdayers eating hats when this "Xbox will fail hard"/"One game will totally define a consoles success" tripe doesn't come to fruition.

People who carry on in this way just come off as naive and clueless.

 

If Titanfall flops I don't think the Xbox Division will close shop, it's one game. We all know this game will be a success, a lot of people are hyped up for Titanfall and with good reason.

 

Microsoft would move their attention to Next Gen Halo if Titanfall failed, and it's not going to. But multiplats will still sell. The Division, Watchdogs, Destiny... those will sell on Xbox One. And then you have Sunset overdrive, Black Tusk, Gears... nothing
is riding on Titanfall.

 

Based on the Beta I won't be buying.

I had a blast playing the beta. Can't wait for Tuesday so I can play the full game! I personally think that Titanfall will be a system seller. I work for a major retailer and its been selling like hotcakes for preorder. Already a success, we just have to
see if it has staying power. I think it will!
