If the Just Dance 2020 achievements tracking are so broken, now what?

So, since I have been playing Just Dance 2020, the achievement tracking progress is so broken and nothing can be done to fix it. After I unlocked everything in the game, those achievements never unlocked as the progress was not tracked properly. It acts
like it never has done this much. I mean could it be infected by a virus? Or did Ubisoft released the game completely bugged?

After all troubleshooting has been attempted, you should fill out the survey on the bottom of that forum page i linked above. You should also report
this issue through the insider hub.

I've always had good luck reaching out on the forums of
TrueAchievements.com for specific achievement issues. My Gift Machine achievement has been unlocked successfully and the 10k is tracking properly for the coins I've used, so it's not universal. I haven't finished the All Star Mode yet, so I can't say
there.

The developers might also have some support on that progress. You might need to open a support ticket with them and see
if they have assistance in the matter.

Just a friendly reminder, Just Dance Unlimited 1 - Year is an online streaming service that grants you access to a catalog of more than 700 tracks playable via Just Dance 2022, and more than 400 tracks playable via Just Dance 2021, Just Dance 2020, and Just Dance 2019, for the duration of your subscription. Not compatible with Just Dance 2023 Edition, Just Dance 2016, Just Dance 2017, or Just Dance 2018. In other words, it's just content for the game and as per the Store page, it says there that "This content requires a game (sold separately)."

So for example, if I buy a blu-ray version of "Just Dance 2020", then I will be able to use Just Dance® Unlimited? Or I need to buy a digital version of the game?
