    Hello Minecraft Support,
    I purchased Minecraft under my Microsoft account *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***. My order number is #3248671900.

    On June 22, I received a security alert from Microsoft saying that my primary alias was changed to *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***. I did not make this change — my account was hacked.

    Since then, I’ve been locked out. My attempts to recover the account have failed, even with the purchase confirmation and alias change email.

    Please help me recover my Minecraft license or transfer it to my new secure Microsoft account. I can provide screenshots of everything.

    Hi,

    Both the bank and Visa have records of your old card/s and while it's no longer possible to make payments from a now expired card, you can still refund money to them as long as the account they came from is still open (which it is).

    Be aware, it can take up to 5 business days (Mon-Fri) to receive a refund to your account.
