You cannot sign into two Xbox One consoles at the same time on one account. If they're signing in separately, then that would work.

In order to share your games/gold, the boys accounts have to be using the console you set as their Home console. If they sign into any other console, they will no longer have access to those games/gold. If they do sign into your account before signing into
their own, they can still access the games. You would not be able to sign in on the One without kicking them out. Since you can be signed into the One and 360 at the same time, you would not kick them out if you sign into the 360.

Yeah I figured out that you can set one console as your home system. That console then won't have to be online and anyone can play without you being signed in. Then the other second console say will have to have my ID and signed in online to play. Works
out. If I make the one my kids play as the home then they can be on it without me or if they are on both then just have me signed on on the second one. Thanks.

but can i and my two brothers all play online together with my account on their consoles so example if I'm the only one signed in on my console and my brothers signed in on their consoles with just their account can we all still play together with my account

I did reset my password,set a pin, but my account doesn't stay signed in when i turn off my xbox which is probably because the pin right.
