If MS hadn't allowed gamer tag changes

I joined xbox late 2010 and some call me smiley k i was cute 4 years ago but sometimes it feels like theyre treating me like a 10 year old. I still wont change my gt becausr ive lived through it. They allow us to change it but you gotto give them $$ to do
it.

 

This is my only tag and the one I've had since 2005. It's my nick name with a descriptive word. Funny thing is most people now refer to me online by that descriptive word or the shortened version of it. 'Ripp'.

 

My original tag was..... wait for it....... SASAssassln.

I was called the Sass sassin, god it was horrible.

Then it was DigitalAssassln and then when they recycled all the gamertags.

 

My first gamertag was 'VK Kanaye'. If I still had that same gamertag, I wouldn't cringe - it's not that awful of a name. It is a reminder that younger me was heavily into visual kei, a genre of Japanese music.

It's better than 'Abryinde', my older tag on the PSN. Had to start over with a new name.

 

I've had the same one since 2007 and prior to that I used a variant of it for AIM. I've never been very original when it comes to creating a cringe worthy screen name or GT lol

 

Had the gamertag, Galaxy Badass on the OG Xbox, which is something I came up with because I wanted something original and cool-sounding (I got the "galaxy" part from looking around my room for ideas - I spotted my favorite book,
Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy) but was forced to change it within the 1st year or 2 of the Xbox 360's reign. I then went to
Galaxy Boss, since I was a manager at the time. I decided I didn't like it and had it changed to
Yoda Man, which was a fun play on words and nickname that my sister-in-law's roller-derby team gave me once they found out that I liked Star Wars and sci-fi in general. After a few weeks, as much as I liked it, I decided to go back to my roots, and
changed my GT to Galaxy Geek because I wanted to bring back the word "Galaxy" and continue showing my love for sci-fi. Within a day, I decided that I wanted to be grammatically correct and made the final change to
, where it has stayed ever since for years. I love the current version so much, I don't think I'll ever change it...

 

Was Shaunus360 on the 360 back in 2005, then xDoctorx, then Fear the Doctor. Changed it to SCFC Doctor but was forced to change back to this by friends! Lol

 

Was deezee76 which was a combination of 2 nicknames from childhood and the year I was born I wish I never put 76 in and if I hadn't I might well have kept it!

Always said I would never pay to change but one drunken night I went for it and changed it to something very apt at the time !!

Still though I mainly get called by my original gamertag when I'm on talking to friends lol

My original was Gen Choi UK named after the founder of TKD, then I changed it to Lrd Gench "Lrd" was a team thing and Gench was shortened Gen Choi, now I am simply Genchy which I like and cant see changing.

 

Mine was "Gidget Gacy"

I was a marilyn manson fan, each band member has a mixture of a Models name and a Serial killers except for Zimzum. However, the later is my psn tag.

I was forced to change it after about 4 years then I was known as LoftyBee.

The one you see today was thought up by my daughter, "Lofty" because I'm tall and "Who" as she's a MASSIVE Dr Who fan.
