    my friend game shares with me and still currently is but for the past 2 days NONE of the games are there except the ones ihave already downloaded and even those DONT WORK ive tried about everything and there should be no reason for any of this HHHEEEEELLLLPPPP!

    You won't switch. You will keep buying their games and add-on gizmos and take it. Microsoft does care about customers, they care about customers who are not yet "their" customers and want to bring on more new sales. Once you are using their product, mission
    successful and you are now just a statistic for their Q earnings.

    Well......I guess Microsoft doesn't care about their customers. Make it easy to take their money, but difficult to give it back. I guess they can keep the money they stole from me. They just lost a customer though. Not that they care.
