If it's not broken......

What the **** is going on with the Solitaire Collection app. I know some new stuff has been introduced in the last few days - choices with individual card games etc - but some strange stuff is happening. The daily challenges has lost all my coins, but I
don't really care about that as long as it doesn't lose my completed challenge progress. What does annoy me a little, though, is that it took me months to get my fastest time on a freecell game and now that's gone. Minor stuff in the big picture of life, but,
you know, MONTHS...........

My account acts as if it's suspended, but it's not.

In the game Friday the 13th, I'm able to hear other players in game, but they cannot here me. I tried troubleshooting. My partys work just fine. So i logged on to GTA Online and cannot communicate in game on GTA either. I also tool notice to the fact that
everyone in my GTA lobby had an "Avoid Me" status. I then checked to see my own reputation had moved from "Needs Work" to "Avoid Me" while I'd had no interactions beyond the party i was in with a friend. My status has progressively gotten worse and now says
avoid me, yet when l look up my enforcement history, nothing has been reported. I've disconnected and reconnected my mic, reconnected my internet, reset my console and all. Nothing helps. I'm hoping someone has an explanation. Having to guess why Microsoft
is putting me on an avoid me status without any reports is beyond me, and quite honestly making gaming a hassle and no longer fun. Please fix your errors as this is becoming a headache.

It's not the CUL, it's the forum that's broken.

 

I lost all my coins yesterday. It is making me start over for the coins, but shows that I completed all the games. If you get an answer, let me know, please???

Sorry to see any issues with the recent update to Microsoft Solitaire Collection! We are aware of the issue and currently working with the right people to resolve this.

I wanted to ensure it was understood that it seems the coins counter on PC is the only thing not updating. We have tested on mobile versions and the coins have been properly increasing there.

Please keep an eye here for any updates! Thanks for your patience while we sort this out.

Hey, guys!

I wanted to follow up to let you know that the issue has been determined a visual issue and does not affect your ability to collect coins. It should be fixed in a later update.

If you would like to double check on the amount of coins you get, you can get the iOS or Android app on your mobile device to see them there. You can also go into Awards and Achievements in the PC app, click on 2017's badges, and then click
on the month you would like to see. This will show the total coins you earned that month.
