If I uninstall downloadable content will I have to pay for it again?

I've started Fable 2 again, when trying to load my saved game it says "Cannot load save game. This save game was created with different downloadable content." When I go to options for the games, I see all of my DLC there, and it says it's installed, I can
also see it when I look at purchases in order history from the microsoft account, but when I look at the DLC page within the game, it doesn't show any of the DLC that I own marked off like it was already purchased.

Essentially I want to play the game, and I don't want to repurchase the DLC. Thanks in advance for help.

In other words everything is in the cloud the game saves etc DLC. You own the license so you own all right to the game, its not rented or borrowed its yours. I f you deleted its still yours since you own the rights to it. Just for your information though
if you don't own it and you got it off gamepass you have rights to it long as you have game pass but if the game is deleted off the system you have no right to it for you do not own the game or rights Hope I added something to your knowledge of this subject

No its on the cloud long as you have an xbox account of course

No. Everything you purchase is tied to your account so you can uninstall and reinstall at any time without purchasing it again.

If you go on to check your download history you should be able to download purchased items for free there. On the console go to Settings > Account > Download history.

Same with fable 2. I have to pay for both to re download.
