Unfortunately as others have mentioned, it seems like a factory reset is the most likely solution. I'd recommend picking up an external hard drive first so you can transfer over the remaining games, it'll save you having to download them all over again.

Hi there, i am so sorry to hear this happen to you that is something that is very rare and shouldn't of happened when you mentioned that the space is occupied on the drive does it mention what is installed on the hard drive?

The best way to check this is seeing if you can plug it into a computer or another xbox depending on its formatting as windows may not recognise it as anything which can cause issues

Hi, you should do a factory reset and if if does not work so you will have to install all your games again.
