    Why doesn’t it let me unblock someone on Xbox?

    Select "Friends". Select the gamertag of the person you want to unblock from your friends list or recent players list. Send a friend request, game invite, or message to the locked player to unblock them and allow them to communicate with you on Xbox Live.

    My account has been banned tonight. And every time I try and contact someone, it doesn’t let me sign in. So it won’t give me a phone number or person to speak to. I’ve never been banned or suspended before. This is a joke. I need a phone number or email for customer services to clear this up

    Try going online to change the password. It seems like someone might have changed it (as in a possible hacker). If it doesn’t let him log in after that, i would contact Xbox Support about it.
