If I restore to factory settings will I lose my game saves?

if I restore to factory setting will I lose my game saves as I have saved them to my hard drive?

Hey there.

If you've played while connected to Xbox Live recently, your save should be synced to the cloud. It will download from the cloud to your console the first time you play after the reset.

Like Theory says just be sure you have connected to XBOX Live so your console can sync and when you log back in after the factory reset you should be able to retrieve all you game saves.

You will lose what is on the internal disk. If you have an external disk be sure to disconnect it before proceeding. However, your cloud saves will be available to download. Just make sure that you connect to XBOX Live to make sure all of your most current
game progress is synced.
