    When you say remove everything do you mean restore your Xbox to factory settings? Be Becaue it is safe to do so, that is what you want to do before you sell or get rid of your Xbox that way nobody can use your gamertag and credit cards. Once you have a
    new Xbox you log on to it with your gamertag then you go to download history, you recover your games

    When resetting your xbox you won't loose any of your downloaded games which are on your console, if you do end up loosing a game or uninstalling it you would be able to download it again for free.
