    If I put in an appeal and then change the email on my account do I still receive the email?


    After receiving a suspension for something I didn't do I submitted an appeal on the suspension, but about 12 hours later I changed my email to an email I had access to.

    Even though you've changed your email the message should go to the new one. Be sure to double check your junk/spam folders. However, if you do not see a message you're still able to log in to https://enforcement.xbox.com to see the results of the Case Review.

    I see, try to appeal the refund decision, you probably received an email with the information, respond to it with an appeal and see if you can change this decision by Microsoft.
