    I'm planning on purchasing starfield, but my computer doesn't mean the minimum system requirements so I was planning on playing over cloud gaming.

    I'm hoping to be able to play during the week of early access, but want to make sure before I purchase.

    If you purchased the Digital Premium Upgrade, you must own the base game or have an active GamePass membership in your account to access early access.

    If you own the Digital Premium Edition or purchased the Digital Premium Upgrade, you will be able to play Starfield between September 1st and September 6th. Badge may show “Pre-ordered” or “Coming soon” after September 1st - this is a known issue but will not affect your ability to play during the early access period.

    Early access is up to 5 days; Actual game play time depends on date of purchase and is subject to possible disruptions and applicable time zone differences.

    If you have Game pass, and you purchase the Premium Edition upgrade, then you can play the game early on 1st September.

    You would need Game Pass Ultimate in order to play it on the Cloud, but early access won't be available through that.
