If I purchase an Xbox Live Arcade game from the XBL store...

Can I play that game in "My Arcade" without purchasing it again? I have already purchased Tempest and Gyrus from the store but when I go to my arcade it says I have no games in my collection. When I go to purchase it,(expecting it to say "already purchased"),
it sets up to charge me again for the same game after which I cancel out of it. Are the game from the store and the games within the "my arcade" app not compatible?

Where is Xbox Live arcade on Xbox one

If I purchased some XBL arcade games.. should they not be available on Xbox one?

I can;t even find the Xbox Live Arcade Section on Xbox one dashboard?

Can you play arcade games from a disc

No, you can not. But there are Xbox Arcade games on discs, if you want to purchase one of those disks. I.E, the XBL Arcade disk I have has Uno, Pacman, and a few others.

to redownload previously purchased Content you have to use download history. you can find it by navigating to Settings, then select account.

I got Rare Replay to and have a Xbox360 as well. Rare Replay install all Xbox360 and XBL-Arcade games separatly on the xbox one, you can start these games directly from your library.

It behaves like a purchased game from the store, usually the compatible Xbox360 games are also still playable on the old xbox360 with the same account.

But not with the Xbox360 and XBL Games from Rare Replay, these licenses are not transferred as usual for the Xbox360.

Are you saying that your console is not connected to Xbox Live? Then you won't be able to purchase anything from Xbox Live. You can't convert Arcade trials copied from another console to a purchased version on a console that isn't connected to Xbox
Live.
